Could have been better

- because of its residential position, it will be very quiet (if you are lucky and your neighbours are nice persons; otherwise, because of the lack of soundproofing, it will not be quiet at all) - very clear check in instructions; although it would have been nice to meet the hosts to have explanations first hand and ask questions about the apartment

- never seen the hosts, not even upon arrival - no soundproofing at all; you can hear everything that happens in the apartment next door and upstairs. Even coughing and snoring - heaters require bleeding quite badly. Constant banging noises early in the morning and in the evening as well - basically empty inside; not even an extra blanket for the night. Very few utensils, even for a week stay. Not even little powder for the dishwasher, or for the laundry - extremely cold, even with heaters on - dirty sofa; we had to cover it with a blanket - dirty heater in the restroom - very weird and old furniture, just botched together

Unfortunate experience, despite Italy being so beautiful! First of all, the description provided on Booking does not reflect reality. There are no 2 bedrooms, only a curtain to separate the sleeping space. In the studio it says another bedroom, but in fact there is only one room with a sofa and teenager room bed. There were 8 people and we couldn't have privacy. On the other hand, if anything was "dirty", that was the unchanged linen in the studio. Finally, they had the nerve to claim 300 euros for damaging the property. Very unprofessional!

Only 1 small bed for 1 person. I am 2.02m tall 60+ years old so very bad sleep . Described was 2x1 person bed

Mein Mann und ich haben uns sehr kurzfristig für diese Unterkunft entschieden und trotz dieser Kurzfristigkeit hat alles

Es war alles da, was man braucht. Von Küchenutensilien, Kaffeekapseln, Pflegeprodukten, Fön, ausreichend Handtüchern, Fernsehen etc. Auch gab es ausreichend Parkplätze bei der Unterkunft. Man fühlte sich fast wie Zuhause 😊

Posizione centrale a pochi chilometri dal supermercato e farmacie. La struttura molto bella equipaggiata di tutto il necessario per essere autonomi anche dal punto di vista della cucina… ambienti puliti… piena autonomia nel check-in. Super consigliato

Nulla da dire… unico punto che, ha mio avviso, ha un margine di miglioramento è il tutorial per l’accesso. Capire il codice non è immediato (deve essere letto direttamente dal video)… per il resto nulla da eccepire

Indicazioni chiare, precise e semplici per raggiungere l’appartamento e prenderne possesso. Appartamento piccolo ma pensato bene e comodo per un soggiorno breve. Ottimo per due ma anche con bambino piccolo si fa. I materassi nuovissimi un bel regalo ma …. Per favore via la plastica.

I gradini interni …. Un po’ in mezzo! Di notte al buio in un luogo nuovo possono essere un pericolo e se hai una difficoltà motoria sono un problema.
