الشقة رغم صغرها ولكن مرتبة و نظيفة و مكيّفة ولم نحتاج اليه لان الجو بارد في نهاية الصيف و أول الخريف ، و السرير مريح و المطبخ مجهّز بالكامل و مزوّد بأنواع مختلفة من الطعام شكراً لكرم الضيافة. الحمام نظيف . الموقع جيد قريب من محطة على بعد دقيقتين مشي و قريب من الساحات على بعد أقل من عشر دقائق مشي . ملاحظة الشقة في الدور الثاني ولا يوجد مصعد ولكن الرج مريح واسع و منخفض . المرة القادمة في زيارة مونزا سيكون من أول خيارات الإقامة في حالة توفر الحجز و السعر مناسب .
لايوجد مصعد بالنسبة لمن لا يستطيع الصعود بالدرج أو لديه حقائب ثقيلة . أعتقد لا توجد غسالة ملابس لم نحتاج إليها .
