It was very hard to sleep due to the lack of air conditioning and the noise.

The wifi worked well

In hot weather the apartment is very hot without the A/C. It is locate in a very noisy street, so if you want to get some fresh air during the night you need airplugs. The garage gate did not open and we could not use the garage.

Pessima esperienza, sconsigliatissimo! Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana e posso dire con certezza che è stata una delle peggiori esperienze mai avute. L’appartamento a due camere era completamente rovinato: muri segnati, mobili vecchi e instabili, tutto sembrava trascurato da anni. Il bagno era un disastro, si allagava ogni volta che si faceva la doccia e l’acqua finiva ovunque. La cucina non funzionava, con fornelli difettosi ed elettrodomestici inutilizzabili. Le camere erano instabili, con scricchiolii continui e nessuna sensazione di sicurezza. I letti erano completamente scomodi, impossibile dormire in modo decente. La porta principale d’ingresso non aveva alcuna sicurezza, si chiudeva male e lasciava la sensazione che chiunque potesse entrare. L’appartamento era inoltre super costoso per una sola settimana e non corrispondeva minimamente alle foto pubblicate: una vera presa in giro. E come se tutto questo non bastasse, mi hanno detratto soldi dalla carta senza nemmeno chiedere il permesso, sostenendo che avremmo causato dei danni — tra cui una presa rotta — quando in realtà questi problemi erano già presenti all’interno dell’appartamento fin dal nostro arrivo. Un comportamento scorretto e inaccettabile. Non consiglierei questo posto a nessuno. Organizzazione pessima, zero serietà e totale mancanza di rispetto per il cliente. Da evitare assolutamente!

Defektes Mobiliar (Stühle instabil/ohne Schrauben, durchgesessene, fleckige Couch) durchgelegen Matratzen, nicht ablaufende Dusche, unsaubere, klebrige Küche inkl. mangelhafter Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien, dreckige, benutzte Schwämme und Putzlappen, Badezimmermülleimer ohne Inneneimer und Austauschwürdig

Assolutamente da evitare. Siamo stati ospiti dal 19 al 22 giugno ed è stata un’esperienza davvero pessima. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato pochissimi asciugamani, insufficienti per il soggiorno di 4 giorni. I ventilatori presenti erano inutilizzabili, perché non funzionanti. Ma il peggio è arrivato con i letti. Dei tre disponibili, entrambi i singoli erano in condizioni vergognose: le doghe si staccavano appena ci si sdraiava, rendendo impossibile dormire. Un soggiorno così scomodo e mal gestito rovina completamente l’esperienza. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno.
