First visit to Copenhagen was so relaxing thanks to my stay! I slept in the opera view on the 7th floor which is where the sun rises and the view is so beautiful. Loved how quiet and less crowded the area was. Take note there is the bar above on the 8th floor so you’ll most likely hear noises. Pretty quiet by midnight. About 10 min walk across the bridge and you’ll see Nyhavn. I’d love to come back in the future because this area is new and developing, there were construction. But I learned there’s always construction going on all year round. Highly recommend!

The hotel is absolutely wonderful, in a fantastic location by the water and beautifully decorated interior with very friendly staff.
We didn't have breakfast in the hotel (Prolog just down the street is good!) or try the restaurant but it was always busy!
The rooms were perfect and the free mini bar was a great addition (beer, soda, water, nuts and chocolate) - you have to specifically request refills if you're staying for more than one night but it was always actioned promptly!
The only thing letting this hotel down was the VERY LOUD music on both Friday and Saturday night which went on into the early hours. We believe it was coming from the cocktail bar on the seventh floor which was hosting private functions during our stay. We were on the 4th floor so I dread to think what it sounded like on higher floors! (met someone in the lift who had to move from the 7th floor in the night due to the excessive noise). This would probably put me off returning for another stay, which is a shame - it is a stunning hotel otherwise.
