The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare meals, including an electric microwave coffee machine and other amenities. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a plush queen bed with compliment hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries.

The apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is situated in a prime location for exploring the city. Just a short distance away are popular attractions such as the iconic Luís I Bridge and the historic Porto Cathedral. Guests can also enjoy dining at nearby restaurants like Restaurante Abadia do Porto and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante, offering a taste of authentic Portuguese cuisine. With its central location and proximity to key landmarks, this property is an ideal choice for travellers looking to immerse themselves in the culture and charm of Vila Nova De Gaia.

Situated just a 5-minute walk from General Torres station, and a 4-minute walk from another General Torres station, this home is conveniently located for easy access to public transportation.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
