Spacious and clean apartment with all necessary amenities provided. Close to the main attractions. A small restaurant downstairs had nice combo lunches (with soup, main dish, drink and coffee) for €7.50 (cash only). And groceries store is on the same street.
The apartment was located on the third floor.

Martha est cool, Services, emplacement central avec les réseaux de transport, balcon, calme, lumineux, nettoyage immaculée, machine à laver. Porto est génial et les portugais extrêmement gentil.
Le seul hic est que l'isolation du plafond est un peu mince, alors si les voisins marchent beaucoup on les entends ou la musique d'en dessous, mais c'est à petite occasion et les avantages dépassent largement ces quelques inconvénients

Sarah was waiting in the apartment and gave us a complete run down of the features and amenities. She also gave us some great insights into Porto's shops, eating areas and other attractions. The washing machine was a bonus as we were away foe 5 weeks. Very quiet place to stay and felt homely.
The only drawback was the 2 flights of stairs, but this is common in EU apartment buildings. At least the stairs were wide.

Marta is a fantastic host, she was present at our arrival and gave us plenty of tips on Porto. The apartment is very spacious, with a separate bedroom and bathroom, located in a very calm street, next to the river and super central. It has a nice balcony and the whole place is spotless. We would certainly stay back at this place.
