Location is great, it was easy to find the key box. We were able to leave our luggage in the storage and go sightseeing on our last day in Porto. Very near to the river. We really enjoyed our stay!
we had a problem with the bathroom door - we couldn't close it. There are big windows, so during cold months it's quite cold inside because of that, but there was a heater.

The location was close to the river but the noise from the area at night was horrendous!! We barely slept at all, even with ear plugs
The apartment looks much bigger on the photos, you can hardly move around the bed. The bathroom door is damaged & won't close properly, the handle was hanging off. One tiny bar of soap provided.
No tea or coffee provided even though a coffee machine there.
The bedding very poor quality the duvet was hanging out the bottom of the cover
