Comfortable, location excellent, well equipped, quick response to questions

It’s in the 4th floor - nowhere does the description tell you this

Les escaliers, car je n’avait pas vu qu’il était au 4 eme étage

Met us at the property, we were quite late in the evening too after being delayed

It's on the 4th floor - it wasn't an issue but there's no lift and about 8 flights of stairs so maybe something to bear in mind if you're not very mobile.

The apartment is in a great location for access to the main places of interest for tourists. We were met on arrival by Lamia who came looking for us when we had trouble finding the apartment. We were warmly greeted and treated to a glass of port, a very nice touch.

We asked for a second key and we were told that this would be provided the next day. Next morning we alerted Lamia to our concern about the very loose water tap in the kitchen, sending a video of the problem, as we feared that it could lead to a serious leak under the sink. We heard no more from Lamia, did not receive the promised second key and nothing was done to address the problem with the tap. As there is no drainer by the sink, the very least that is required is a tray to catch the water after washing dishes. In addition, it would be reasonable to expect a sponge or brush to wash dishes and some kind of cloth for wiping surfaces. A pair of scissors is also necessary in the kitchen. Four clothes hangers are not enough for two people to use for a stay of several days. Guests should not have to provide their own hangers.
