La reserva no incluía el desayuno. El conserje Simòn fue muy amable con nosotros, nos entregó las llaves y explicó todo sobre el uso del departamento. Es un lugar muy agradable, situado a metros del río, a la altura de la plaza de los Mercaderes. El departamento es un lujo, una decoración cuidada y asimismo haciendo juego la ropa de cama.

La verdad es que no sabía que se trataba de un cuarto piso por escalera, por lo cual no resulta muy cómodo estar subiendo y bajando muchas veces.

Good location, it allows to walk to most locations (as long as you are fine with steep uphill walks). The apartment looks nice, just like in the pictures.

Pretty noisy: it's noisy until late at night, and then again starting from early morning, both from traffic and from the crowd of the many restaurants on the street. The bed is small and uncomfortable. Lack of basics: not enough toilet paper, no mugs, no sponge to wash the dishes, etc. Little things, but it's annoying. Also: water leaks under the showers door, the toilet seat is detached on one side, the living room rug is filthy, some of the towels have a faint smell of mold. In short, the apartment lacks proper care. Fourth floor (fifth American) without elevator. Staff is less than helpful, ee had a poor check-in experience. There is no parking on the streets nearby, and private parking in the neighborhood is pretty expensive. Overall, I do not recommend this place. I think it’s easy enough to find better options in the same price range.
