The Mainsail condo complex is located in a small condo community overlooking a peaceful canal. This second floor unit has a screened in balcony where you will experience the sights and sounds of nature with tropical birds & herons in their natural habitat. View turtles and fish swimming along with an occasional friendly alligator floating by.
This community offers two heated pools, one outside and one fully screened in so you have a choice depending on your preference. Tennis courts are located in the middle of the association for your convenience. Building application and fee required by association at time of reservation
Many restaurants and shopping are located a short drive away to either Naples or Marco Island.
The condo is a quick 10 minute drive to Marco Island in one direction where there is an abundance of restaurants and shops to choose from.
In the other direction is Naples where you again have your choice of restaurants, bistro’s and shopping.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo offers a split floor plan with the master bedroom offering access to the balcony. All new tile floors, new ac unit, fully equipped kitchen and much much more!

We loved the location. We met some very nice people. The condo itself requires some much needed repairs and the kitchen needs a deep cleaning.
