About this apartment rental
Quiet area just 3 miles north of Marco Island. Clusters of buildings in complex, 4 units per building, 2 downstairs and two upstairs. This unit is first floor. 2 pools, tennis, shuffleboard. Half an hour to downtown Naples, close to shopping and restaurants.
The perfect location to be close to lots of things to do and beach but not the high cost. Clean and well maintained unit, southern exposure over lake and golf course. (Private golf course, use not included with this rental)

The unit we stayed in was not only extremely clean, but also one of the nicest spots in Tropic Schooner.
We loved everything about it and being so close to Marco was a bonus!

Our motto is that we leave a place as clean or cleaner than it was when we arrived. Would be pretty hard to leave this place cleaner! Kudos to the people who clean it.
The manager, Karen, is responsive and easy to work with.
It is a little far away from things but that fact made for a quiet stay.
The screened porch is fabulous: private, and overlooking a small lake and golf course. Absolutely wonderful/peaceful watching the alligators, the osprey fishing, the anhingas drying their wings, and the many other birds and critters.
Loved our stay and look forward to returning to the serenity this place offers.
