Hammock Bay Golf & Country Club is a gated community less than 2 miles from beautiful Marco Island on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The amenities are superb and maintained to the highest standards.
If you are a golfer or want to keep fit, the owners are members of the exclusive Members Club at Marco, which is a transferable membership subject to a transfer fee, which is currently $750 for the duration of your stay.

The condo is in Serano, one of three elegant towers constructed to the highest standards of amenity, comfort and security. The communal areas of Serano include a spacious ground floor sitting room tastefully furnished and includes two big-screen plasma TVs plus a pool table and bar. The ground floor also houses a private home-movie theatre, plus a fully-equipped gym. Wifi is available in the communal areas. There are two immaculate guest suites available if you wish to accommodate extra guests, available at $120 per room per night (subject to change) (max 7 nights).
The whole building is covered by a key fob security system and the unit has a private elevator entrance plus a concierge service for your convenience.
Set amongst the palms and a manicured garden is a large swimming pool with private cabanas and a hot tub. Alongside is an area that houses two stainless steel BBQ grills and seating where you can enjoy the adjoining water fountain. A ground floor covered parking space, situated in one of the closest spots to the main lobby, is reserved for your car.
This air-conditioned second-floor condo is furnished and decorated in light pastel shades for that relaxed holiday feeling. There is every modern convenience including a large TV on HD cable in the lounge, flat screens in the master bedroom and den, plus wi-fi. The master bedroom has a king-size double and the second bedroom has twin beds. The den has a single bed plus sofa bed. The spacious en-suite master bathroom is complemented by a smaller bathroom serving the second bedroom. The west-facing balcony is ideal for alfresco dining, offering the wonder of a palm-fringed Florida sun setting over the everglades.

The Serano is located in southern Naples near Marco Island. Our family visited for a week during our stay. We all enjoyed the unit, it's beautifully landscaped pool. Also we paid to transfer the owner's membership at The Members Club at Marco that gave us access to two private golf courses and the amenities of the JW Marriot at the beach on Marco Island. We will definitely be back.

This condo is a lovely, well decorated and very comfortable home set in beautiful Hammock Bay. It has well maintained amenities, such as the pool, gym and lush grounds to walk or bike. The condo has a private lanai overlooking the pool and grounds where you can relax and enjoy the Florida weather. Bonus is the beautiful sunsets ever night.
Can’t wait to go back!

Owner was great to work with and always responded quickly. You have to get used to significant security, but we often had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Also, had great access to electronics for tv watching.
