Cute 2 BR Condo On The Water at Marco Island

Due to a last minute cancellation, we have our condo available beginning immediately. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and a large lanai overlooking a deep water canal. It has a washer and dryer and private parking. Tennis, two swimming pools, and fishing all available too!
Our condo is completely updated with tile in the living areas, baths, and kitchen, and carpet in the two bedrooms. It has a dual power reclining sofa, two overstuffed, and lanai furniture. Spend your time on the beach with our complimentary beach chairs, and umbrella or simply spend a peaceful time relaxing on the lanai watching the birds, fish, and alligators. We back up to a nature preserve and rent it monthly.
