Just 3 miles north of Marco is Mainsail Drive that winds back 1 mile and a half where it ends at the Marco Executive Airport. (Lear jets and prop planes)

Tropic Schooner is one of a hand full of condo complexes in this area. The complex is in groups of buildings, 4 units per building, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. This unit is a second floor and located next to one of the two pools at the complex. About 1000 square feet inside and with a screen lanai off of the living room. Living/dining area combo, separate fully equipped kitchen with all full size appliances, 2 bedrooms with adjoining baths sit side by side and the opposite end of the unit. King in the master and 2 twins in the guest bedroom. Both baths have a tub/shower combination. Full size washer and dryer in the unit. All linens provided and beach equipment.

This complex requires a monthly rental as a minimum with an application, fee and approval process. Since this is a 30 day minimum complex and we are only a destination for 30 day stays during the winter months, I need to get Jan rented first either by itself or to include an additional month(s) before I will rent Feb or Mar together or alone.

This is a quiet area with a lake on the opposite side of the road. Be cautious of alligators (NEVER ever feed them) but good fishing. It is a super area for walking and bike riding and when you want to go to the beach you can scoot down to Tigertail Beach. Naples is very convenient as well and the corridor of RT 41 and SR 951 has really grown with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

And the price is very competitive being off of Marco and not in the busy-ness of Naples. It's a great value.

Tennis court are on site and available for your use. Parking is guaranteed and not assigned and included in the rental fee. This property is adjacent to the Hammock Bay Golf Course. Unfortunately, not available to the public. But the viewing is very nice.
