Location was great! Note- if you have only just arrived in Japan it might feel like you are heading into an apartment in a dark quiet street! But honestly the area is great and the room is great! The whole street has accom like this. Spacious for 3 people with kitchen. Shower as per pictures but easy to use. Short 10 min walk to Dotonbori, OCAT & 7/11s, Lawsons. Coffee shops nearby! Owner very helpful in answering questions. Check in 4pm but we were able to drop bags off after 2pm with prior organisation. Check out 10am. Good instructions for self check in.

Outside of building not labeled, as it is a room not a hotel. But if you’re aware of this, it’s completely okay!

Location was excellent and a lot of train, metro and JR station nearby. Very closed to night life streets. Facilities in the room is completely suitable. Thanks

Check out time is not reasonable, 10 o'clock is not good for checking out because checking in is after 4 p.m. guests will lost many hours.

Big spacious and comfortable room with seperate toilet and shower. It was nice there was a makeup counter next to the shower with some amenities. I loved the big TV which has airplay available. The added studio lights were a nice design touch. Very accessible to the Osaka-Namba Station which convenience stores and some nice bars and eateries around. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The walls were a little bit thin as you could hear people banging or walking around. It didn't bother me but it might be an issue if you are a light sleeper. More so as you can sometimes hear people yelling or driving past outside. Considering this in the middle of the city, it's not bad.
