Feels quite new, nice location, specious bathroom, great value for the money. Nice and easy access, some cool very local bars around.
Our apartment was pretty dark and faced mostly walls. It was extremely difficult to get AC levels correct - with it either being super cold and windy or too hot. We have left with a cold 😷

The location was good.
The room was not clean enough, and the sofa and bed were not very comfortable. The balcony was very dirty and had not been cleaned at all. Sheets were not provided for the sofa bed, but they provided them immediately when we requested them later. Although there was a kitchen in the room, there were no chairs or a table, which was a bit inconvenient. The bathroom and the room in general were a bit small. The lighting was not very good.
