京セラドームまで、徒歩で15分くらいという圧倒的な ロケーションの良さ。 目の前にセブンイレブン、徒歩圏内に多数の飲食店や スーパー、ドラッグストアがあり非常に便利です。 大きい通りは目の前ですが 少しだけ横道に入っているせいか 想像したより静かでした。
隣室？上の階？の歩く音や 話し声がかなり響きました。 これについてはお互い様なので、気をつけて滞在しました。 また、施設の方が隣室のお掃除をされる際 ドアの開け閉めの音が非常に騒々しく 最初ょは何かあったのか？と思った程でした。
