USJやその他いわゆる観光地まで近く、京セラドームを利用する人は徒歩圏内なので、立地良好かと思います。 室内に何でも揃っているので、自宅のようにくつろげる空間でした。洗濯機の設置に加え、宿泊数分の洗剤まで用意してあり、毎日利用させていただきました。 宿泊日まで何度も設備や鍵などの確認の連絡があり、当日も問題なく入室できました。
ベットの他に一式布団の用意があるのですが、敷布団が薄く体が痛かったようです。マットレスがあると、なお良いのではないかと思います。

房間很舒適，有問題反應後，馬上有了回覆，服務很好。重點是阪神電鐵超近，離難波、巨蛋超近，購物及交通相當方便！有機會再過去大阪，我會再預訂的！

Ottima posizione, camera spaziosa. Doccia e vasca molto ampie. In cucina c'erano tutti i servizi (frigo, microonde, bollitore ben pulito)
Purtroppo al nostro arrivo la stanza era molto sporca e vi era anche un sacchetto di vestiti usati, probabilmente dimenticati, fuori dalla porta. Lo abbiamo comunicato al proprietario, sono venuti a pulire lo stesso giorno ma le condizioni igieniche non sono migliorate molto. Consiglierei anche di semplificare le informazioni sul check in, ci abbiamo messo un sacco a trovare le informazioni corrette perché ci sono scritte troppo cose e si perdono quelle importanti
