Great location - not so far from all main train/metro station. Quiet building, the apartment was clean, with equipped kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and we lacked nothing here, because we only eat and slept here after all long days of tripping.
The password for wifi wasn't easy to find. The password printed on the wall didn't match, but I found one right on the router which worked.

USJやその他いわゆる観光地まで近く、京セラドームを利用する人は徒歩圏内なので、立地良好かと思います。
室内に何でも揃っているので、自宅のようにくつろげる空間でした。洗濯機の設置に加え、宿泊数分の洗剤まで用意してあり、毎日利用させていただきました。
宿泊日まで何度も設備や鍵などの確認の連絡があり、当日も問題なく入室できました。
ベットの他に一式布団の用意があるのですが、敷布団が薄く体が痛かったようです。マットレスがあると、なお良いのではないかと思います。

お部屋が綺麗でよかった。駅からも割と近く、コンビニ飲食店には困らなかった。
質問したら回答も早くて良かった。
お風呂の椅子が無いのと、トイレットペーパーが１つなので、途中でコンビニで買い足したこと。
