Schoon appartement met prima uitziende keuken (hoewel niet gebruikt) en badkamer met wasmachine op een lokatie dicht bij de metro en op loopafstand van de drukke winkelstraat en de drukte.
Geen personeel gezien in de accommodatie, ziet er van buiten en met de entree en lift een beetje twijfelachtig uit, maar het appartement is verder prima. Ook af en toe 's nacht sirenes van vlakbij liggend brandweer station.

住宿地點步行1分鐘有全家便利商店、2分鐘有超市、麥當勞和地鐵站，10分鐘步行至心齋橋鬧區。建築外觀不起眼，但是房間內部設施新，有洗衣機很方便，沐浴用品也很優質，床也很舒服，值得推薦親子旅遊住宿。CP值高!
