    Air conditioning not working , staff are not supportive and responding. Almost fall into sick during cold weather. The staff only ask me to restart air conditioners without trying to solve the issue

    Absolutely exceptional for the price. It's small, but somehow manages to have everything you need, even a laundry. It's clean. It's in a good location to quickly get around. The staff was really nice. The only bad thing I can say is that there's some mold in the bathroom/shower, but it was acceptable in my opinion.

    The room wasin a really nice location, however , cleanliness was a major issue. The walls were dirty, mold in the bathroom, there was a musty smell that didn't go away, and worst of all we found a used condom stuck to the top of the garbage can lid. We did notify staff and they responded immediately. Their remedy, however, was to scrap off a tiny bit of the mold and to pull off the condom and just drop it into the room's trash can. I'm not sure what the standards in cleanliness are but they did not meet mine. The room's good location, in suite laundry, and responsive staff kind of made up a little for the dirtyness but I wouldn't stay here again.
