洗衣機、電磁爐、熱水壺、微波爐，該有的東西應有盡有，備品也十分充足，簡直可以當做第二個家，在這邊待上幾個禮拜甚至幾個月都不成問題。
鄰近 7-11、全家、Lawson，平均走路 10 分鐘就能抵達三間地鐵站、道頓堀、南波，購物採買，或搭車前往京都奈良都十分方便。
採用傳統鑰匙鎖，且有大門和房間門兩道鎖，出入勢必得團進團出，若能改成電子鎖就更方便了。
浴室偏矮小，洗澡十分有壓迫感；廁所也非常窄小，且通風不良，有人上完廁所其味道就很容易充斥整個客廳，建議能提供空氣清淨噴霧。

民泊なのに、高級ホテルのようなベッドセット、カーテンで、大阪の別宅に滞在している気分になりました。
冷蔵庫、洗濯機、洗濯ハンガー、炊飯器、お皿、コップなど滞在に必要なものは全て揃っている感じです。
2軒を改造して1部屋にしているので、お風呂や、トイレが2軒分あり、大人数には、利用しやすいです。
隣のラーメン屋さんは期待しないで入ったら大当たりでした。目の前に大きな民間の駐車場もあり、連休中でしたが余裕あり、近くには他にもパーキングがたくさんあり、車の人も安心して利用できると思います。
アメニティは髭剃り、歯磨き、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、タオルはありますが、寝巻きはありません。持って行かないとダメです。
