Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. In wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Rom. Der Rezeptionist war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Trotz Innenstadtlage war es ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Die Ausstattung hat dem entsprochen, was auf der Website angegeben war. Die Klimaanlage hat gute Arbeit geleistet. In der Nähe sind Supermarkt und einige Gaststätten. Für das leibliche Wohl ist alles direkt vor Ort. Und das auch noch für einen schmalen Kurs. Soweit alles top...

Ein etwas größeres Frühstück wäre schön gewesen. Ein Kaffee und ein Hörnchen sind für einen Westfalen halt kein Frühstück. An einigen Stellen im Zimmer nagt so langsam der Zahn der Zeit. Hier müsste mal ein wenig renoviert werden. Der Fernseher hat auch schon viele Jahre gedient. Da wäre ein Austausch echt nötig. Leider wurden die Handtücher auch nicht gewechselt. Da ist Verbesserungspotential...

Decent size room. Staff was available to provide any useful instruction related to the structure and the area and very kind as well. Place very quite with no traffic or neighbours related noises.

I did not like much the bathroom, the shower is outdated and leaks when you shower so you need to be careful not to end up creating a pothole.

Balcony, bed, location, shower room

Upon check-in, we were placed in a room with a balcony, and when we entered the room, unfortunately, we saw that everything was covered in dust. Especially where the dining table was—there was dust. And on the balcony as well, there were some pieces, like chunks of stone, from the wall that simply weren’t cleaned up, and they were left on the balcony. The next day, we were told that cleaning was done once every two days. They took out the trash, but they didn’t change the trash bags—so, the trash bag was just the same for all the days, and the trash was simply emptied out. When we tried to change the towels, the towels weren’t changed for several days until I went and asked myself to have them changed. Then we were given new towels, but after that, they weren’t provided again, and the towels that we left on the floor in the bathroom, so that they would be changed, they just took them, hung them back on the cabinet, and left the same towels we had. The floor wasn’t cleaned—only two times in seven days was the bathroom floor mopped with bleach. The bathroom, the toilet—those floors were dirty, as our feet were black after walking without slippers. The balcony wasn’t cleaned. All that they did in cleaning was wash two cups that were in the room. The toilet didn't flush the first time; you had to hit it twice for it to stop leaking, since the cistern kept leaking after the flush. The fridge did a strange noises every noun again... Tea, sugar—they didn’t add any for us. There wasn’t enough sugar for seven days, since there were two of us—there was sugar for about three days out of seven. The same with tea. I had to ask for toilet paper additionally, as they didn’t add it themselves. So, overall, the room itself wasn’t cleaned. The bed wasn’t made or changed at all during the entire week.
