It was a nice accommodation. The hotel is a walking distance to Vatican City. Bus going to the center is just in front of the hotel. The staff helped us during our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, tidy room, clean linen, balcony, ease of access
The shower had some black mould in the corners. This is very off-putting and concerning. The noise from the breakfast area. The sign asks guests to be quiet but it doesn’t help.
