It was a cozy and comfortable stay. Our hosts were very kind, gave us some basic info about the city, there were even printed maps and restaurant/cafe recommendations. We liked the terrace, the room was clean, beds cozy and we girls really liked that there were lots of mirrors and a hairdryer.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the balcony. It has all the amenities. Lovely bathroom and dining area.
The host and hostess were both lovely.
Easy access to buses and walking distance to St. Peter's Square and other attractions.
My only interruption was a buzzer that kept going off after 3 one morning until just after 5 am. It was very loud, and it did wake me up, and I'm sure the other guests were awaken as well. It only happened that one time during my 4 night stay.

Most things were top rate, the bed, the security, the location, best of all was the shower, the best I have experienced in Italy, in sixty years.
Sadly the claim of 'soundproofing' is a bare faced lie! I could here everything from the next room, not just talking, but water running, kettles boiling... I could hear every word they spoke, and they were not talking loudly!
Such a shame, it would have been perfect otherwise, and probably more expensive.

It was a good location, easy walk to Vatican City
When we arrived Saturday evening , we were welcomed nicely.
After that we never saw anyone again.
On the Sunday our room was not cleaned and we never saw a staff member. When we went out Monday morning we saw no one. I sent a message asking if the room could be cleaned. I got no reply but when we came back the room was clean. On Tuesday morning we checked out. I really expected someone to be around or at least to contact us. But I heard or saw no one. So we ended up just leaving the keys on a table and left.
The room was basic but clean upon arrival. The cleaning on Monday was mediocre; the bathroom floor was not cleaned.
The room served its purpose and the location is good, but I won’t be coming back there if I visit Rome again.
