Luxury 2 Bedroom accessible retreat in Norfolk

A perfect stay in this comfortable and very modern single level property. High end kitchen and bathroom facilities and had everything we could want from our stay here Bed was super comfy, full use of the showroom style kitchen and island. Nothing at all to fault

Individual shower rooms, luxury feel, responsive hosts, very clean and most things you would need were supplied. Beautiful annexe. Wireless phone chargers supplied plus toiletries, hairdryer, basic tea/coffee, milk & sauces. Comfortable firm beds, water filter in the fridge filled with cold water, we bought our own but it was a nice addition in the heat. Every room had fans. TV had use of Netflix, sky etc, WiFi was good. Lovely host was flexible on our request at check out. Good price, would definitely use again next time we visit our family.

One of the bedrooms has no window and as an overthinker I wondered how in the case of a fire in the lounge how you would escape that room. There was a weird square on the ceiling but could not find information to see if it was an escape of some sort. Didn't like the glass panel in the bathroom door lacked privacy plus the automatic bathroom light kept coming on through the night.

Beautiful property, perfectly located for visiting Snetterton race circuit. The property was clean and comfortable and very modern, with lots of added extras such as an air fryer, wireless charging stations in both rooms and colour changing LED’s in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this property and Catherine the host was very helpful in providing places nearby to eat ( the Stag on the A11 was amazing!). Wish we stayed for longer than 1 night!

The fittings in the kitchen, bath and throughout the flat were amazing - clearly this lady has excellent taste, an eye for detail and an unlimited budget! Gave us lots of ideas. Also the place was quite cool on a boiling hot day, as it is stone built and has blackout blinds and fans. Netflix/Prime streaming was great for chilling out after a day at Snetterton. It is only a 12 minute drive to the motor circuit, we were staying 2 nights so came back in the middle of the day for lunch between races, which was great for the driver to shower and rest up rather than getting exhausted sitting in the heat for hours. Have already recommended it to my petrol-head friends! so much nicer than getting 2 rooms at the Breckland. Of course do your food shopping in advance - there is a Tesco nearby and also a lovely Waitrose at Bury St Edmonds for posh nosh - but there are lots of little condiments like olive oil and tea provided. THANK YOU to our hostess for supplying 2 bags of ice in the multi-drawer freezer, and a large jug of chilled filtered water in the fridge!

The beds were a bit firm, but we put the fluffy blankets down and re-made them so that was OK. One room does not have a window so is very dark, which is great if you want a deep sleep, not great if you want natural light. The 2 wet rooms were lovely, with a fab rain-shower - but the tile floor was always soaking even though a large floor squeegie was supplied and used - luckily I brought rubber bathing sandals which I recommend or your feet/socks will keep getting wet every time you go to the loo. The driveway is on a blind curve, so it is easier going up through Attleborough town on the A11, not cross-country which is slightly shorter on the NAV but single track with passing places, so a bit dicey if you have a big SUV.
