La casa si è presentata bene terzo piano senza ascensore ma Madrid sono quasi tutte così ,l unica cosa stonata è che dovrebbe essere più pulita soprattutto in cucina e il bagno non c'è il phon cosa indispensabile per una casa se migliorasse questo sarebbe il top ottima posizione a piedi e facile arrivare in gran via ,lo consiglio

La ubicación excelente, y el propietario muy amable.
La limpieza no existe, y el sofá es incomodísimo. El baño estaba sucio, con mal olor, la cocina también sucísima, tuve que limpiarla antes de cocinar, salían hormigas de noche, el salón llenísimo de polvo, el armario por dentro también, en resumen, tuvimos que limpiarlo porque no se podía estar, una pena, porque a pesar de que el piso es antiguo, si cambiaran el sofá y limpiaran sería un apartamento de diez, salvo porque es un tercero sin ascensor, pero eso entiendo que no se puede mejorar.
