El tamaño cómodo , lugar para pasar muchos días, la ubicación, cerca de todo , a pasos del metro , que te permite moverte con comodidad y económico
El olor a cloaca de sale de la ducha, lo resolvimos poniendo un plástico en el desagüe , era alternativo el olor , igual si dejas la puerta cerrada no pasa nada

Łazienka dość ciasna i jest brzydki zapach. apartament wymaga gruntownego posprzątania. Nie chodzi o remont, a kurz który zalega od dłuższego czasu (np. Karnisze) , za łóżkiem jakiś brudny lokator przykleił gumę do oparcia, nie byłem pewny czy pościel była wymieniana. brakuje drewnianej/plastikowej łyżki do smażenia na patelni. Dość ciemno, ze względu na brak dużych okien.
