El departamento está en una ubicación ideal para moverse por el centro de Madrid caminando y aunque está en pleno corazón de la ciudad es muy silencioso. Tiene cerca comercios, restaurantes y supermercado. Es amplio y tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación principal y el living. Francisco fue muy amable en el recibimiento y nos dejó en la heladera bebidas y fruta el día que llegamos. Luego estuvo muy atento a si teníamos otras necesidades.

Localização é o ponto forte do apartamento, perto de tudo e acessível. Consegue fazer tudo a pé! Anfitrião deixou umas coisinhas como água, batata e frutas à disposição, o que foi muito gentil da parte dele!
A pior parte foi a limpeza do apartamento, chegamos e vimos o chão bem empoeirado e os lençois da cama estavam com cheiro de azedo, tivemos que lavar imediatamente. A porta do quarto faz um ruído quando abre, precisa colocar um óleo. No geral o apartamento é aceitável, localização excelente, mas precisa de uns ajustes que fazem toda a diferença, como a limpeza e conforto das camas pq não conseguia nem me mexer sem que a cama fizesse barulho.
