A well-located apartment in the heart of Chueca that works well as a base, with a few practical quirks worth knowing about.The location is genuinely excellent — walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro, and the neighborhood feels lived-in and local. The AC performed well, and a nice personal touch: fresh flowers in the space. The apartment feels like someone's actual home rather than a pure rental, which gives it character.That said, a few things fell short. The bed is on the small side for two people. The bathroom is very tight. The elevator only goes to the floor below the top, so you'll carry bags up one flight regardless. The refrigerator door is hinged on the wrong side for the kitchen layout — a simple hinge swap the host could easily fix — but it's genuinely awkward in daily use.The host allowed early check-in, which was a genuine convenience after a long overnight flight — key pickup was at a separate address that day, though that may have been specific to the early arrangement.

Location location location, super central and incredibly convenient to get around the city. A short walk from multiple metro locations as well! The studio itself was small, but just what we needed for a short stay.Gabriel was awesome and accommodating. Super quick to respond and able to meet us at the metro to do the checkout.
