The location was perfect - in the heart of Madrid,near a metro station. Communication with the host, Julio, was excellent - swift reponse to messages, one minor issue during the stay immediately resolved. Would definitely stay again.

L alloggio pulito , provvisto di tutti i servizi e soprattutto la posizione centralissima, ideale per raggiungere e visitare le principali attrattive di Madrid. Il proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile per eventuali necessità. Pienamente soddisfatti.

1.bardzo niewygodne łóżko- gdy spały dwie osoby, to obie wpadały do środka łóżka- konieczne było położenie materaca na podłodze, by móc jako tako się wyspać;
2. metraż mieszkania prawie 12 metrów mniejszy, niż deklarowany- gospodarz napisał, że 33 m, a faktycznie było 21,5
Wiem, że w Hiszpanii do metrażu mieszkania dolicza się części wspólne budynku, ale to nie usprawiedliwia takiej dezinformacji- pokój ma faktycznie niecałe 18 m kwadratowych
3 gospodarz życzy sobie niezwykle wygórowaną sumę za pościel i ręczniki- 60 Eur- takich cen nie ma
4. bardzo kiepski widok z okna- okno w okno z sąsiednimi mieszkaniami
5 gospodarz życzył sobie przed wprowadzeniem się podpisanie umowy, w której wyraźnie zastrzegł, że booking.com nie zezwala na wpisywanie jako przyczyny pobytu TURYSTYKI- cóż mieliśmy w tej sytuacji zrobić
