Spacious 3 bedroom apartment for short term rental, situated in an old building in the centre of Barcelona. The building doesn't have elevator and it is a 3rd floor. This apartment can accomodate up to 6 , with its 3 double bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms offer a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 separate beds; every bedroom have their own embedded closet. There is 1 bathroom and a half, and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel like in your own home and be as a local in Barcelona
Parties and groups of young people are not allowed in this apartment,
TOURIST TAXES: Following the government law in Catalonia, all guests aged 14 and over must pay the tourist accommodation the current amount per person and per night as a tourist tax, which is not included in the accommodation rate.
LATE CHECK-INS: have the following supplement in cash upon arrival, depending on the arrival time to the apartment:-30€ for arrivals from 21h to 00h-50€ for arrivals after 00h

Nice apartment, would have giving it a 5 but there is no elevator, you have to climb up three flights of stairs. The bedroom with just the shower be careful because the door doesn't close correctly so water gets all on the bathroom floor. The people that run the apartment are very nice.

Overall I would recommend this apartment. The entrance and staircase could be tidier (I appreciate host cannot change this) but once inside the apartment everything is well presented. The view out the back is great, air con works well, kitchen modern, furniture fairly new. There is a kettle, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave but no oven (and only 2 forks, but plenty of other cutlery…). The double bedrooms are just big enough although wardrobe access is tricky, and the beds are comfy but prone to squeaking. One double bedroom has an en-suite shower/sink but no window, The twin bedroom is off the kitchen and I think the flat would be pretty tight for 6 adults especially with only 1 toilet and lounge seating for only 4. Location is good, price good, host was great on arrival with lots of advice and flexible on departure time as there was no immediate future booking which was much appreciated.
