We were met on arrival and given the keys. We were told that there was a problem with water leaking upstairs, which was quickly addressed. An electrical problem due to the water leakage was also quickly addressed. Staff was courteous and professional. Great location for first-time visitors to Barcelona!

Fantastic location in the gothic quarter. Easy walk to restaurants, beach front and sights.
The lounge area needed one more chair and cushions to be comfortable. The lift and all the keys were a little confronting.

The person who checked us in was reallly nice! Location was great
We had a few broken appliances that were broken but the host fixed promptly which was appreciated.
