Der Flughafen Shuttle war nur für eine Fahrt im Preis inbegriffen. Dies war aus der Unterkunftsanzeige nicht herauszulesen. Bis jetzt zu dem Sachverhalt keine Rückmeldung von Booking bekommen. Am Abreisetag stand das Reinigungspersonal 1,5 Stunden vor der Wohnungstür. Grund war dafür, die Unterkunft konnten wir bis 11:00 Uhr nutzen was wir auch in Anspruch genommen haben. Schlechte Personalplanung und dem Reinigungspersonal gegenüber nicht erfreulich.

The apartment had lots of character and a decent location.
We had to wait in the dark alley after traveling all day for someone to come let’s us in. We waited with small children and all of our luggage did 40 minutes. I had to call the number given for assistance because we were forgotten about.
