Lovely spacious apartment in the middle of it all.

Junior met us and we had great communications with him in the run up to that. He was very responsive, extremely friendly. He gave practical and efficient advice.

Nothing! We were very happy. No complaints.

The size and location of the apartment were very good. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was enough hot water for the three of us. The apartment was clean. Air drying clothes on the clothes rack provided was excellent. The 200€ deposit was refunded the same day we checked out.

We found that being asked to turn the air conditioning off every time we were leaving the apartment unreasonable after paying for an air conditioned apartment and not informed about it until the online check in a couple days before arrival, which isn’t appropriate as free cancellation wasn’t possible anymore. The outside temperature was quite hot and a nicely air conditioned apartment would have been appreciated considering the price we paid. Even when the air conditioning was working overnight, the apartment was still not as cool as we were hoping. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment. The washing machine wasn’t working properly every time we used it. It would often take over an hour for a 32 minutes cycle.
