This elegant 110 m² apartment, decorated in warm tones, offers a spacious and bright living room, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and two full bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer.
The apartment includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, TV, and a safe box, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

The apartment was an ideal location and set up for our two-week stay. Quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and all the needed shops nearby. Easy walk to sites in both the old city and across Eixample. Multiple transit connections, including the central Placa de Catalunya.
The apartment was larger than expected, filled with light. Excellent for work and relaxing. Super clean, well appointed, secure.
Highly recommend.

Host greeted us at door as soon as we got out of taxi and stored our suitcases until apartment was ready. Apartment was spacious, clean, and in an excellent location. Easy communication with host. Highly recommended.

A representative met us upon arrival, escorted us via the elevator to the apartment, gave us the keys, answered questions about the area, and stated that management was available to assist with restaurant recommendations and reservations and taxis. We took advantage of this service several times. Their help was timely and beneficial. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was great including a nearby convenience store and excellent restaurant.
