This elegant 110 m² apartment, decorated in warm tones, offers a spacious and bright living room, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and two full bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer.
The apartment includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, TV, and a safe box, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.

Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Four ladies stayed here for a couple days after a cruise and it was perfect. Very centrally located, easy access and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Terrific response from the property whenever we had a question.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of four at BCN Apartments. We were able to walk to amazing restaurants and points of interest. The apartment was super clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We were welcomed to the apartment with clear instructions and friendly service. Thank you!

A representative met us upon arrival, escorted us via the elevator to the apartment, gave us the keys, answered questions about the area, and stated that management was available to assist with restaurant recommendations and reservations and taxis. We took advantage of this service several times. Their help was timely and beneficial. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was great including a nearby convenience store and excellent restaurant.
