Check in & out was brilliant. Great guys who also kept our luggage before and after & communicated so well. Left our bags since we were early and went out. Received a whatsapp earlier than expected to let us know it was resdy and to our suprise they were kind enough to leave our bags in the apartment. Apartment had everything we needed. Washing machine and aircons worked great. Great location and well insulated from outdoor noise Would still stay again
Although insulation was great to blockout outside noise, insulation between apartments on the bedroom side could be better. Could loudly hear the guys next door through the wall

Very large apartment, perfect location and very clean. Great for families with kids! AC worked excellent!! Staff was amazing and assisted with airport transfers, restaurant recommendations and even shipping a package back to US!!!

Great location, friendly check in staff, good value.
The elevator is really small as advertised - can fit 1 person with a suitcase, which creates a big hassle if you have a larger party with luggage. Only 2 physical keys which was not ideal for our family of 4.
