Great location. Large, modern and comfortable apartment. Gustavo was a great communicator. He met us at the apartment and walked us through everything. Would recommend it. Note, however if you are a light sleeper there are often loud people walking up and down the street in the night and early mornings.
Loud people on the street. It is on a very central and busy street in the Gothic quarter near Las Ramblas. Rain shower in back bedroom works but not well. Needs repair or replace.

The place was spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly located. It made getting around incredibly easy, and everything we needed was close by. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.
Could have few complementary coffee and waters, given the price.

The apt was very clean and a good size for our group. The location is good if you want to be walkable to the toursity GOthic quarter. The host was very responsive, flexible and worked with us to get the A/Cs working asap, which was great. Wifi also worked well.
The A/Cs didn't work initially, though the host was very responsive in getting them fixed while we were there and providing fans. THe only real downside, in retrospect, is the area. Its somewhat inaccessible for taxis/vans, so we had to drag our stuff down the block to get taxis etc. Additionally (though no fault of the host), the building and surrounding areas has a lot of graffiti and we were a little surprised when we showed up there
