MH Apartments Ramblas

* The location is excellent if your main goal is exploring the city center and La Rambla. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance. * The apartment is spacious, with three bedrooms and a kitchen, which is convenient for a group or a family (we were 4 people) * The bathroom was clean and well maintained. * The beds and mattresses were clean and comfortable, and the apartment was generally very quiet, so we slept well. * The kitchen had all the essential cookware and tableware. * Check-in was convenient, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled.

* Although the apartment is located close to the waterfront, getting to Barceloneta Beach takes around 30 minutes on foot because you have to walk around the marina and through the Gothic Quarter. It is not as close to the beach as it may appear on the map. * Considering the price, I expected a higher standard of accommodation. * Air conditioning is available only in the living room. The two bedrooms have no air conditioning, only a small window facing an internal courtyard. Opening the window was not an option because of the smell of food and incense coming from nearby restaurants, and the room remained quite warm at night. * Only four coffee capsules were provided for four guests, which was enough for just one morning. There was no tea, salt, or pepper. And 0.5 of water for 4 people. These are small details, but they would make the stay more comfortable. * Even though I had completed the online pre-check-in and submitted all the required information in advance, I still had to enter all my personal details again during check-in. - The elevator did not work reliably. It occasionally stopped on the wrong floor or mixed up the floor selection, which was inconvenient.

Very close to the centre. The apartment is quite spacious and it has nice deco. Some small shops nearby. Good communication provided by the staff.

The road in front of the building looked a bit rough and it was noisy during the night for friends who stayed on the road side. The kitchen is far from the dining area. We could not find an instruction manual for the washing machine.

Location, felt cleaned, mattress comfortable, large lounge room, drying rack for washing.

Spare pillows for those who need thick pillows.

Great location, super close to the metro station, a lot of cool places nearby, shops etc The kitchen was fine equipped but don’t expect basics like salt, oil etc if you are staying too long.

The AC reaches only 1 room, 2 others are hot and you can’t even open window cause it smells sooo bad outside + the tube from the restaurant or whatever is very loud. The bathroom has mold and no proper hot water. We texted the host if someone can come by to check and it basically stayed the same after the “fix”: 5 min of cold water and 10 second of hot one. The bathroom door doesn’t have a lock. Also if you are a light sleeper be aware that there is a restaurant right under the balcony and they are working late hours.
