Stay Unique Apartments Est

L'appartamento è ampio e spazioso per due persone, con tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. Ogni oggetto presente è funzionale e ben organizzato. La pulizia ad inizio soggiorno è stata impeccabile e l'appartamento si è presentato da subito molto accogliente. Ottimo condizionamento indipendente, con due split per regolare al meglio la temperatura. Molto bella anche la terrazza, per rilassarsi durante il giorno o in serata.

Se amate le camere da letto ampie, valutate bene: la mia era perfetta per uno (come nel mio caso), ma leggermente stretta per una coppia, sebbene il letto fosse comunque ampio r molto comodo. Il sistema di accesso via web funziona, ma se siete allergici a sistemi tecnologici potrebbe non fare al vostro caso.

Overall, the apartment was great. It provided everything that I needed, although the television wasn't working and the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy at times.

The biggest problem was the check-in. The building door code that I was provided didn't work, so I had to call a helpline in order to get some assistance. Once that was resolved, it turned out I needed to download and log in to an app in order to unlock the apartment door. I think that should have been explained a bit more clearly from the start so that I could anticipate it, because it meant that it basically took me 45 minutes to an hour after I arrived at the property to finally get into the apartment during the middle of intense Barcelona heat. The instructions for which floor the apartment was on weren't very clear, so it took me a while in the building to find the actual apartment that my app could unlock.

It had some space. Air cond worked. Fan above bed was great. The single person lift worked well and was modern by most buildings of this size. Nice Juliet balcony on 4 th floor. No staff on-site. They were very responsive on the app though. The phone tech was good but you are done if you have a dead phone as there is no manual back up.

Dodgy people hanging around the proximity. Stairwell was claustrophobic. Toilet cubicle smelled damp and horrid. Carefree tourist under 30 that are in decent shape will find this spot pretty good.

I liked that there was space were we stayed and a kitchen.

There was a list; - the door lock broke in the middle of stay and we would not open so someone had to meet us. ( we had to sit on the ground and wait for 45 minutes) - the first day the sink in the bathroom broke so we could not use it. wasn't until 3 days later they fixed it. when i texted them to come during a time we were gone they disregarded and came at a time one of us was in the place which was very scary. - the location was awful, right near las ramblas and quite a dirty area. - the blinders were broken inside so i couldn't use. - the AC unit broke when we were there which meant our place was extremely cold the entire time. - there was no laundry detergent for the whole stay despite having washing machines.
