Great location and a very comfortable !residence. Clean, spacious, quiet apartment with a good air conditioner. We didn't meet the owner Ana, but a young manager named Rudolfo met us exactly on time with the keys and was very helpful in carrying our suitcases up to the apartment. He also showed up on time to collect the keys at. our departure and helped with the luggage again.

The stairs leading to the second floor are very DANGEROUS, especially when you're an older person. The owner should invest in installing railings to hold onto, otherwise horrible accidents could happen!!! We basically left in the mornings and didn't return until we were going to stay for the night, in order to avoid the stairs.

L'emplacement a été déterminant dans notre choix même si un peu bruyant Rodolfo nous a recommandé de bonnes adresses et a facilité aussi bien notre arrivée que notre départ au niveau des horaires.

Max met us at the door, and let us drop our bags, which was awesome. The apartment was fully equipped and was really big for European standards, however the shower was TINY.

Our clothes got stuck in the washing machine the day before we were expected to check out. There was NO way to get in touch with the owner, except by email, which she didn't answer until 1 pm the day of check out, check out being 10am. We were getting on a cruise, so this was a major problem. We had to use a screwdriver to get the washer open. This was very stressful. The pillows sucked.
