Villa Jazmin 101, situated in the Surfside community, is a perfect base for exploring Guanacaste and its renowned biodiversity. Just a five-minute walk from the shores of Playa Potrero, this conveniently located condo is also a short drive away from several other beaches, including Playa Penca, Playa Prieta and Playa Flamingo. While at home, relax in the large community pool, enjoy dinners by the shared grill, or bird watch from the comfort of your private patio.
The Space:
This charming villa is a spacious corner unit in a gated, private complex. Situated in central Surfside, it is a short walk from dining, shopping, and Potrero’s famous Costa Rica Sailing Center. Recently remodeled, it features modern fixtures and amenities, and is just steps away from a large shared pool.
The villa’s open concept living space contains a fully stocked U-shaped kitchen with quartz countertops, floating shelves, a stainless steel fridge, and a breakfast bar for four.
The kitchen opens to the larger living room that has a workspace and a dining table for 6. Ample sectional seating faces a flat-screen TV, perfect for family movie nights. Past the TV lounge, sliding glass doors open to your poolside patio with an overhead fan. Here, you’ll find additional seating for four, overlooking the property’s tropical greenery.
Villa Jazmin 101 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The queen-size bedroom features garden views, and has direct access to the outside patio. The second bedroom, made up of two single beds, has tall glass windows that invite plenty of natural light.
