Vacation in paradise while being steps from the beach in this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located along the calm and family-friendly waters of Playa Potrero, Costa Rica. This condo is within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping in Potrero, and you can walk right out of your doorstep onto the beach!
The kitchen is bright and airy. It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a four-person breakfast island. It has all the utensils and small kitchen appliances you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen opens into the main living area, where large sliding glass doors open to the beach and gorgeous views. Enjoy the beach from your covered patio while drinking morning coffee or sipping sunset cocktails!
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and built-in closets, and has its own en-suite bathroom, which doubles as a powder room thanks to its smart Jack-and-Jill layout. The second bedroom contains two twin-sized beds (which can be combined and topped with an overlay so as to make one larger bed), its own en-suite bathroom, and built-in closets. The home also comes with a private laundry room right outside your door and shared with only one other condo.
This home is in a very private 8-unit development, and features a beautiful pool with lounge chairs and common area. There is also a great outdoor grilling area available to all guests, and a covered area for lounging near an outdoor fireplace.
This condo is also within walking distance to all of the great Potrero and Surfside area restaurants! Playa Potrero is a charming 1950’s-era beach town that has plenty of restaurants, bars, groceries, fruit stands, beachclubs, hair and nail salons, and medical and dental services. Everything was great. Very easy check-in, and check-out. Christian, the property manager, was amazing. Fast response to any questions, and very friendly. The pool was so fun. We would stay again!

We loved the location of this property with gorgeous sunset views directly from the patio. Nice, calm beach steps away. Several beach restaurants to walk to. And lots of other restaurant options in the area. Coffee & breakfast place right across the street. Condo was great, had everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards & coolers. Only thing the place doesn’t have is a dishwasher. Not a big deal. Totally recommend staying here.

9.8 out of 10. Everything is fantastic. Condo quality, large living space, pool, beaches, restaurants, and hosts. Some outside common space loungers should be fixed or replaced. In the condo, a couple of stools, coffee table and Murphy bed handles should be tightened up so they don't break.
