Recently featured on House Hunters International!!!! Newly updated 2nd floor condo with gorgeous ocean views! Located on the beach in Potrero with views of Flamingo and the Catalina Islands. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. A swimming pool with jacuzzi and balconies make these some of the nicest condos in the area. Just walk out the condo and onto the beach for those morning or evening beach strolls. Or sit on the balcony and watch the sunset while viewing the lights of Flamingo.

Our stay at Gary’s property was amazing! Condo is exactly as advertised. Two bedroom, two bathrooms with an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The laundry is shared with one other unit, but we had no issues when we went to use it. The outside space is where you will spend most of your time. The balcony is spacious and shaded for most of the day with incredible views. The pool area and property are very clean and well maintained. The beach was not busy during our stay and you could walk in either direction for awhile. Gary’s condo was supplied with all the basics, and even had beach towels and beach chairs to use throughout our stay. The neighbours in other condo are a mix of short and long term renters. Everyone was very friendly and willing to give recommendations on activities and local restaurants. There is a grocery store and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would recommend Gary’s place if you are looking for a relaxing vacation with phenomenal views.

Great communications, great spot on the beach, nice accommodations, five minutes to grocery and restaurants.Only downside was no dishwasher We were a group of six. Would have been better with only four.

Convenient location right on beach. As with many dwellings in Costa Rica the plumbing left a little to be desired. Very slow shower drain and toilets that did not flush well. Pool got pretty dirty for half of our stay as pool maintenance people didn't show up often enough. AC did not work most of time in one br. bedrooms.
