This one-bedroom condo makes it easy for a couple to travel and enjoy a fantastic ocean front getaway or a fabulous honeymoon in Playa Potrero. The condo has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a flat screen television for your viewing pleasure. From this cozy condo, you’ll enjoy the fabulous ocean views of the Catalina Islands, Flamingo Marina, and Potrero Bay, Watch the stunning sunsets while sitting on the ocean view balcony. We stayed at the pacific beach condo Nov 21 - 28,I won't forget when we walked through the door & looked through the front windows at the amazing 180 degree view on Portrero beach,breathtaking to say the least.The condo itself was beautiful inside,it looked like it was just renovated.The condo had all the amenities that were needed.The king size bed was so comfortable,the units air conditioning worked perfect..there werre lawn chairs to use,a cooler & lots of beach & pool towels.The pool was crystal clear & grounds were manicured.It was very quiet around the complex.David (the owner) was very good & was easy to contact.all worked well at the condo with no issues.There is a market & restaurants with in walking distance.I knew when when we arrived that I had made the right decision to stay here as I had spent about 8-9 hours on VRBO looking for a place to stay..stay here you won't regret it

First, the description was accurate and check in was a breeze. David was proactive asking about out arrival times etc, letting us know the space was avaiable early and notified us we could check out late if needed. This property was perfect for us to explore nearby beaches, restaurants and a lovely spot to just hang. We love having the shade on the deck in the morning and watching the stellar sunsets. Highly recommend.

Great property. Has been updated so pics on website aren’t current. Right on the beach and the saltwater pool is nice as well. Can easily walk to several restaurants on the beach.
