Vacation in paradise while being steps from the beach in this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located along the calm and family-friendly waters of Playa Potrero, Costa Rica. This condo is within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping in Potrero, and you can walk right out of your doorstep onto the beach!
The kitchen is bright and airy. It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a four-person breakfast island. It has all the utensils and small kitchen appliances you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen opens into the main living area, where large sliding glass doors open to the beach and gorgeous views. Enjoy the beach from your covered patio while drinking morning coffee or sipping sunset cocktails!
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and built-in closets, and has its own en-suite bathroom, which doubles as a powder room thanks to its smart Jack-and-Jill layout. The second bedroom contains two twin-sized beds (which can be combined and topped with an overlay so as to make one larger bed), its own en-suite bathroom, and built-in closets. The home also comes with a private laundry room right outside your door and shared with only one other condo.
This home is in a very private 8-unit development, and features a beautiful pool with lounge chairs and common area. There is also a great outdoor grilling area available to all guests, and a covered area for lounging near an outdoor fireplace.
This condo is also within walking distance to all of the great Potrero and Surfside area restaurants! Playa Potrero is a charming 1950’s-era beach town that has plenty of restaurants, bars, groceries, fruit stands, beachclubs, hair and nail salons, and medical and dental services. This is an amazing spot! The property is clean and well-appointed. The location is awesome—right on a quiet beach and within walking distance of restaurant and shops. The condo itself is roomy and comfortable. There are boogie boards, pool noodles, and beach chairs to use. We spent a ton of time out on the lanai with views of the pool and ocean. The host is attentive and has a local caretaker for any immediate needs, although we had none. We visited at the end of April, so peak season had pretty much wrapped up. This made for a quiet, relaxing vacation with only a couple other units having guests. We can’t wait to go back!!

Exactly as pictured. Pure paradise! I thought I was looking at a painting each morning with how perfect the scenery is. Property is situated near stores and restaurants. Beach is pristine! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need. Plenty of chairs and beach equipment too. We would highly recommend!

It was great to be directly on the beach for long walks, sunsets, and using our paddle boards. The condo is beautiful and well-equipped with everything you need!

Everything was great. Very easy check-in, and check-out. Christian, the property manager, was amazing. Fast response to any questions, and very friendly. The pool was so fun. We would stay again!
