Beachside 1st Floor Condo Near Flamingo & Conchal

--Muy bonito condominio. Muy bien equipado. --Los electrodomésticos funcionaron correctamente. -Limpio y ordenado a la llegada. --Suficientes utensilios para todos. -Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y la sala. --Muy buena ubicación cerca de supermercados, Playa Flamingo y Playa Conchal. -La anfitriona fue muy servicial. -- --Very nice condo. Very well equipped. --Appliances worked as expected. --Clean and organized upon arrival. --Plenty of flatware for all. --AC on bedrooms and living room. --Very nice location close to supermarkets, Playa Flamingo and Playa Conchal. --Hostess was very helpful.

El propietario podría solucionar fácilmente algunos pequeños detalles: --Revisar las puertas de los dormitorios y los baños. Algunas eran difíciles de cerrar/abrir. --Mejor demarcación del parqueo. Había suficiente espacio para 6 carros, pero el carro otro huésped quedó cerca del espacio que me correspondía, lo que dificultó el parqueo. -- Small details landlord could solve very easily: --Check bedrooms and bathrooms doors. Some were hard to close/open. --Parking lot could be better delimited (ground paint). There was enough room for 6 cars, but car at condo 2 was a little too close to my parking spot (condo 1).

Súper equipado, muy cuidado, limpio, cómodo y funcional.

Todo excelente, solo el parqueo que es sobre la acera, pero el lugar se ve muy tranquilo.

Love how large it was, really liked how well stocked kitchen was with utensils and cook wear. The beds were comfortable and the backyard was great! Loved the pool.

The property had a few plumbing issues with the kitchen faucet only having a drip come out of it. The primary bathroom showered only had one nozzle that worked so hot or cold. I’m pretty sure it was the cold one that worked and the primary bathroom toilet would run every 15 to 20 minutes.
