It has the added flexibility of having a separate annex stylishly furnished boatshed across the driveway which can accommodate an additional 2 guests with a luxury shower room and its own kitchen .
Please note that this cannot be let independently of the main home and only as an addition to the main home .

With a large living/dining area featuring limestone floors and with stylish, modern kitchen, bathroom and downstairs shower room, this gorgeous rustic retreat is the perfect hideaway. Exuding character, including a Norfolk winder staircase, vaulted ceilings and exposed beams upstairs, this unique bolt hole offers a very special holiday experience as it conjures up mystery and excitement. Light and bright, the spacious sitting room with dining area has been thoughtfully furnished with vintage pieces and Farrow and Ball accents, meaning little cottage is relaxed and tranquil. On winter nights, light the fire and snuggle up together to watch a good film with a glass of wine. Upstairs, on the first floor, two beautifully presented bedrooms. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed with direct access to the family bathroom. Twin beds are provided in bedroom two, and a third mezzanine bedroom is reached via ship's ladder. With vaulted oak beamed ceilings, this bedroom offers twin beds and makes an exciting place for children to sleep.

Outside, the rear south-facing garden is laid to lawn with a patio that can be accessed from the kitchen. Garden furniture offers seating for six guests, and with a charcoal barbecue provided, dining al fresco will surely beckon. ??

Next door, across the garden and out through the back garden gate, you'll discover the equally stylish Jasmine Annexe. Expertly curated with its own kitchenette featuring a breakfast bar, a first floor bedroom hosting double bed, and a large shower room, this additional accommodation is perfect for those guests who prefer a bit more privacy.
