This exquisite 9th-floor property is designed for an exceptional stay in the heart of Paris. It is accessible by elevator and features a private balcony with panoramic city views. Perfectly located near renowned attractions like Jardin du Luxembourg and the Zadkine Museum, you'll be immersed in Paris’s vibrant culture and beauty.
The apartment boasts an open floor plan. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Paris’s famous landmarks from the private balcony with its seating areas.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, and an espresso machine with classic capsules. The apartment also offers a washer and ironing equipment for your convenience.
Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds (160 x 200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. With one also having direct access to the balcony.
The bathroom includes towels, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer.
Please note that the air conditioning is portable and can only be used in one room.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector and is regularly professionally cleaned to ensure a pleasant stay.

A haven for intellectuals and philosophers in the last century, Saint-Germain-des-Prés has seen such illustrious names as Simone de Beauvoir, Jean-Paul Sartre, Boris Vian and Ernest Hemingway. But also green spaces, such as the Luxembourg Gardens. It is home to a number of universities and renowned cultural institutions, such as the Ecole des Beaux-Arts and the Théâtre de l'Odéon. In the 6th arrondissement, there is also the Pont-Neuf, the oldest bridge in Paris. In the southwest of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, rue de Sèvres, you will find the not-to-be-missed Bon Marché, a chic department store housing clothes and fashion accessories from the greatest designers.
During the day, tourists can visit the Polidor, one of the oldest Parisian bistros, or the café-restaurant La Palette, whose front and interior of the second room have been listed as a historical monument.
