Spacious Apartment in Montparnasse

We really enjoyed in this apartment Apartment the fact that it was very spacious for six people, the fact that the cleanliness was impeccable, the fact that everything was beautifully cleaned, the sheets were starched. The apartment has been really completely redone and everything is charming and cute.

Excellent location. Cute apartment suitable for 2 persons

This apartment is a real little paradise. The location is perfect because it is five minutes from Montparnasse station, three minutes from the Luxembourg Garden and all the mythical restaurants in Paris. It has been completely refurbished and renovated. The real + that we really appreciated; - the fact that the apartment is very spacious - the decoration designed by a real decorator with art objects - the apartment completely renovated - a lot of toiletries, which allowed us on the plane not to have to take our luggage in the hold - the sheets, iron to him starches like a large Hotel

Absolutely fantastic location, close to the metro and within walking distance of many beautiful historic sites. The apartment certainly represents Parisian style in some aspects and has a warm cosy feel

The advertising photos look amazing but in reality the apartment is not so bright and fresh as shown, which is not uncommon. However, the major stumbling blocks are the fact that the apartment is represented as a two bedroom property which it is not. It is a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room. And the fact that the bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom is a point which cannot be forgiven and makes for an uncomfortable guest experience. The bathroom itself is in need of serious refurbishment, its grubby, the door does not close properly and the lock is on the bedroom side rather than the bathroom side. General maintenance seems well overdue. The kitchen is basic. The entrance stairway is dirty. The linen and towels are random and disorganized. These small details let the apartment down which is a shame because it has wonderful potential.
