A fully renovated apartment.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The apartment is truly beautiful, very spacious, and exceptionally clean. You can immediately tell it has been completely renovated — everything feels brand new, modern, and carefully designed with great attention to detail. The space is both stylish and welcoming, making it easy to feel at home right away. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and we slept perfectly every night. It was such a pleasure to come back to such a lovely place after a day out. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

A very clean, newly renovated apartment

This apartment was perfect as it has just been completely renovated. It is very luxurious, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the bathroom has just been redone. There is also a romantic, château-style decoration, which is rare in an Airbnb. The sofa bed is brand new and extremely comfortable.

A wonderful, spacious, and spotlessly clean apartment. We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment. It is extremely clean and tastefully decorated, almost like a museum. The apartment is very large and especially perfect for a family, with two spacious rooms, one of which can easily be used as either a bedroom or a living room. The décor is stunning, featuring high-quality and valuable furniture, something you rarely find in short-term rentals. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again

Amazing, very clean and spacious apartment! We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is incredibly spacious, extremely comfortable, and spotless. The attention to detail is outstanding — there are so many thoughtful amenities provided, including facial products, hair masks, and coffee. Thanks to this, we were able to travel light without checked luggage, which was a huge plus. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay again!

The perfect apartment!

This apartment was truly perfect. It is centrally located in Paris, just a 5-minute walk from Montparnasse train station, 2 minutes from a parking garage, and 3 minutes from the iconic restaurant La Coupole. It is very spacious, ideal for a family. The décor is beautiful, and the apartment has just been completely renovated, so it offers all modern comforts. We really appreciated the many complimentary toiletries, the coffee capsules, as well as the antique lamps and artwork. The lovely curtains and magnificent rugs create a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

WOW – what an absolutely unforgettable stay!

We fell in love with this Parisian apartment the moment we arrived. The decor is simply spectacular, making you feel as though you’re living in a real château. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the space is absolutely perfect for a family. The Pilates studio in the courtyard was an incredible and totally unexpected highlight — such a luxury! The host’s attention to detail is truly exceptional, with so many thoughtful amenities and welcome gifts that we didn’t even need to pack hair masks or facial care products. This place truly goes above and beyond in every way. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return!

A little less than we expected

Absolutely fantastic location, close to the metro and within walking distance of many beautiful historic sites. The apartment certainly represents Parisian style in some aspects and has a warm cosy feel

The advertising photos look amazing but in reality the apartment is not so bright and fresh as shown, which is not uncommon. However, the major stumbling blocks are the fact that the apartment is represented as a two bedroom property which it is not. It is a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room. And the fact that the bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom is a point which cannot be forgiven and makes for an uncomfortable guest experience. The bathroom itself is in need of serious refurbishment, its grubby, the door does not close properly and the lock is on the bedroom side rather than the bathroom side. General maintenance seems well overdue. The kitchen is basic. The entrance stairway is dirty. The linen and towels are random and disorganized. These small details let the apartment down which is a shame because it has wonderful potential.

It is a very nice, romantic flat, well located in a lively neighbourhood close to restaurants and cinemas but on a quiet street. The Luxembourg Gardens are nearby. The flat is clean, and the building is old and charming. The bedroom is bright, and the living room is cosy. The kitchen is small but functional. We really enjoyed our stay.

Health hazard. Do not stay here

The neighborhood was nice

The property listing said it was 2 bedrooms. It was only 1 bedroom and a futon in the living room. It was not spacious at all. The biggest issue was that there was black mold all over the walls and ceiling of the bathroom. When I messages the host about it he said he was confused because he had painted over the mold recently and then offered to have someone paint over it again as if that would fix the problem of black mold. When I complained further to him he argued that it’s not a health hazard and proceeded to have his mom call me and leave me messages about how “it’s just from moisture and it’s impossible to do anything about it” The check in instructions were also wrong. Said we needed a code to get into the first door (we didn’t, just had to press a button) Then said we needed a second code for the next door, we didn’t. We needed a fob. The apartment was not ready at 2pm either as the listing and emails said. We had to wait until 2:30 for the housekeeper to come downstairs. Mainly because of the black mold, I wold never suggest this apartment to anyone. Do not stay here! This listing should be removed from Booking.com

We really loved this establishment! It feels like a castle or a movie: everything is charming. In addition, the apartment is very large, there is a large living room with a dining room that allows you to make beautiful dinners. The room is spacious, just like the bathroom which has just been renovated and has a large window! Everything is very clean: the cleaning lady really does an impeccable cleaning. There are many products offered as in a large hotel. This establishment is also suitable for a couple on their honeymoon as well as for a family with children.

We would have liked to stay there all our lives!

The location is fantastic. Lots of restaurants and cafes and boulangeries and grocery stores nearby. Less than 45 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower or Metro stop a couple minutes walk away. Quite spacious and bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer were appreciated. Decorated nicely and lots of extra linens. Access instructions clear and was easy to find and get into.

Not all that clean and needing some maintenance. Bathroom door did not close, kitchen faucet loose. Kitchen is super small and not really suited to any cooking for both space and equipment. On the third floor with some spiral stairs involved. Not suitable for hauling big suitcases up.

Perfect apartment for two people in a great location

We loved the location - just 3 minutes away from the metro station and a lot of good restaurants in the area. The apartment had a well-equipped bathroom and a comfortable bed. The host was friendly and gave us clear instructions about what to expect, how to find the keys, etc.

There were, however, some downsides to our visit. The wi-fi did not work, and only one sofa could be converted into a bed. The sink in the kitchen is poorly located - we would hit our heads against a cabinet when we washed the dishes. The number of pillows was large as well, and the way the apartment is decorated is not coherent. Apart from these things, we really liked it. However, we think the apartment would be perfect for two people, but not necessarily for four.

We loved this establishment! The decoration is lovely, it looks like a movie about Paris, it’s a perfect place for a couple in love! The apartment is really big, with a real living room and a large bedroom. It is full of works of art. The cleanliness is perfect. It has just been renovated! The kitchen is perfectly equipped and functional. There is a parking lot right next door, which is perfect for parking

An « emily in Paris » atmosphere

This apartment is magical, it really reminded us of the Emily in Paris series. There are embroidered cushions, old curtains with sublime fabrics, exposed beams, magnificent ancient paintings by painters. It would be like a movie. There is also all the modern comfort and the position is perfectly central. The apartment is very large which is ideal for a family with children: we can be up to 6 people. There is a double exposure which makes the apartment very bright

It was so well decorated really felt you were in Paris. Location super with everywhere seeming to be within 12 euros in an uber. Great bars around you and restaurants but not noisy. Great value and will visit again !!

We absolutely fell in love with this apartment. It has all the charm of a classic Parisian home, but it’s been completely renovated, and the cleanliness and upkeep are truly outstanding. You can tell the housekeeper must spend hours making sure everything is perfect — it was absolutely immaculate. The sheets were freshly pressed, there were plush bathrobes, and so many thoughtful little extras: beauty products, hair masks, coffee capsules. The apartment was just repainted, and the bathroom was fully redone last month. On top of that, the location is right in the center — ideal for exploring Paris — and the decor is full of charm. Honestly, it’s even better than staying in a luxury hotel, plus it can accommodate up to six people, which is perfect for a family with kids. We couldn’t recommend it more!

**A spacious, spotless apartment with five-star touches** This apartment was truly an amazing surprise. It’s exceptionally large for a Paris rental — you really feel like you’re staying in a grand, spacious home. We were also so impressed by the quality and cleanliness: everything was absolutely spotless. There are so many little extras that you usually only find in five-star hotels: the sheets are perfectly pressed (even starched!) for a wonderful night’s sleep, plush bathrobes are provided, and there’s a wide selection of beauty and toiletry products, including hair masks and high-end shampoos. There’s also a coffee machine with complimentary capsules. The TV is a smart TV with plenty of subscriptions, so you can easily stream content on a huge screen. On top of that, Simon is extremely responsive and helpful, and the location is very central. We would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It’s incredibly comfortable — just like staying in a luxury five-star hotel. Well done! Optimal situation, very near Luxembourg'gardens. We appreciate! Very near famous restaurants as Select, Dome etc...The apartment is clear and charming. We felt at home in a typical french house. Original decoration. Everything is clean and the living room and bedroom are large. The kitchen was well with everything even small. We appreciate the proximity of the Luxembourg garden but the apartment was fresh!

It is in a good location & good value but not a 2 bed apartment and needs some better cleaning

- Speedy response from owner - Good location for restaurants and TGV - Plenty of amenities - Reasonable price - Instructions for finding and getting into the apartment were good

- It is not a 2 bedroom apartment. It is a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the living room. - You have to go through the one bedroom to get to the one toilet/bathroom - It also says it has an “additional toilet” in the description. There is only one toilet. - It says “dressing room” in facilities. There is no “dressing room”. I think this may be a communication error of enough room to dress. - Facilities says “soundproofing”, but while the one bedroom at the back was quiet, the living area where my adult daughters slept was very noisy with very loud sounds from the busy street. They did not sleep well. - The apartment seemed clean, except: the floors were very dirty. My feet became black after spend only a small amount of time walking on them and I could feel the dirt on my feet as I walked. This was horrible. - The dishcloth in the kitchen was also dirty and smelly. - The radiators, while not important to us (as it was boiling) were covered in grime. - The apartment is on the third floor with no lifts. This was not a problem for us but the stairs up to the apartment are narrow and the carpet on it was very dirty and grimy.

Great location

The property has a great location, close to restaurants, including the well-known La Rotonde. It’s also conveniently near metro and bus stations, with a bus stop nearby that goes directly to the Eiffel Tower.

I expected two rooms as we were five, but there was only one. While there were appliances provided, items like the coffee machine, electric kettle, and others were dirty. The bedsheets didn’t appear clean, which made me uncomfortable about lying down. We were a group of five but were only given four towels. Although there were extra blankets available, they had a musty smell, as if they had been stored for a long time. The linens and towels were also quite old and could really use an upgrade to improve comfort and cleanliness. We also intended to use the washer, but it was full of mold and had a strong moldy odor. It made us question whether this same washer was used to clean the linens provided. At the very least, the washer should be thoroughly cleaned, and the door left open after use to prevent mold buildup and unpleasant smells.

We spent 90% of our time out, the location was amazing, so we just slept there and for that it was perfect. It is a cosy

Location is fantastic, easy to get to all the main attractions on foot, close to Metro and loads of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom is small and a family of 4 is not ideal for this apartment, needs a bit of logistics in and out. The kitchen is very small and a bit cramped so we didn’t use it. The property is a little tired in places, you can see the wear and tear over the years. Bed sheets and linen are all a little dated. The cleaning team is not the best, lots of dust on the radiators and lights. No lift up to the apartment which was absolutely fine for us, but something to consider for others.

Le logement n’a qu’une seule chambre par laquelle nous devons passer pour accéder au wc. L’annonce est mensongère. Le logement est poussiéreux et manque de lumière. Le propriétaire est de mauvaise fois et rejette la faute sur booking.

L’appartamento è molto carino e curato nei dettagli. Molto buona la sua posizione e ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato per una coppia o al massimo per una famiglia.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto sapere che il bagno è in camera da letto, per fortuna ero con la famiglia, ma se fossi stata con amici la cosa mi avrebbe disturbato un po’. La struttura interna non si può cambiare ma è un dettaglio da non trascurare. Da migliorare gli utensili in cucina. L’appartamento sarebbe molto carino anche con parecchi cuscini in meno, tra camera e salotto ne ho contati circa 30, da non sapere dove appoggiarli visto la qualità dei tessuti. Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare pronto il divano letto, chiuso ma con le lenzuola già messe.

Rymligt för att vara Paris. Trevligt med lägenhet och att man kan rå sig själv. Duschen okej, med produkter. Simon, ägaren, var tillgänglig och svarade på frågor. Enkel check-in med nyckel i brevlåda. Nära Metron.

Lägenheten är sliten. Går ej att stänga dörren till badrummet, handtaget helt ut funktion. Fönstret är i badrummet är fuktskadat och svårt att öppna / stänga. Sängen var väl använd, ca (1.40 bred). Lakanen till extra sängar/ soffor var väldigt skrynkliga.

La ubicación es excelente. Había muchos artículos de tocador y también café de cortesía.

- La decoración es muy anticuada. Absolutamente rococo. Lleno de alfombras y almohadones por todos lados. Da la sensación que va a salir el espíritu de Luis XV en cualquier momento. - Está en un tercer piso de escaleras muy antiguas. - No es muy espacioso. - Tiene solo un baño pequeño al que se accede desde la habitación. -La cocina es minúscula. - El sofá cama del living está destruido. Es muy incómodo dormir ahí.
