Spacious Apartment in Montparnasse

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. We arrived very early in the morning at Montparnasse station (around 7:00 a.m.) and were delighted to find a convenient luggage storage service, which allowed us to start enjoying the neighborhood right away. The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the station. The building itself is a beautiful, traditional Parisian property with authentic charm. The apartment has windows on two sides, and the street is incredibly quiet; we slept perfectly and didn’t hear any noise at all. Inside, the apartment is very spacious, with a large living room and a dining area where four people can stay comfortably. The sofa bed is very comfortable. The apartment was spotless. We didn’t even need to take out the trash, as the cleaning service took care of everything. The bedroom is large, beautiful, and very comfortable. Overall, we found the price very reasonable for such a beautiful and well-located place in Paris. We highly recommend it.

There is truly nothing negative about this apartment, just that it has limited availability, as it is very popular and often booked well in advance.

Absolutely fantastic location, close to the metro and within walking distance of many beautiful historic sites. The apartment certainly represents Parisian style in some aspects and has a warm cosy feel

The advertising photos look amazing but in reality the apartment is not so bright and fresh as shown, which is not uncommon. However, the major stumbling blocks are the fact that the apartment is represented as a two bedroom property which it is not. It is a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room. And the fact that the bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom is a point which cannot be forgiven and makes for an uncomfortable guest experience. The bathroom itself is in need of serious refurbishment, its grubby, the door does not close properly and the lock is on the bedroom side rather than the bathroom side. General maintenance seems well overdue. The kitchen is basic. The entrance stairway is dirty. The linen and towels are random and disorganized. These small details let the apartment down which is a shame because it has wonderful potential.
