Pros: Nice riad. Beautiful courtyard. Hassan, Mohammed & team were exceptional. Their service is better than 5 star hotels. Food is great at the riad. Location is in the middle of the Medina but the front entrance leads to the parking lot which is easy for pickup & drop off. Completely safe to walk around in evening. Would return to the riad if I go back to Fes.
Cons: Rooms could use a little upgrade. Toiletries were not labeled so, its hard to tell which is the hand soap.

The property overlooked my booking and put me in another riad which had no tv, no restaurant and looked run down. They moved me back to the hotel the next day and were nice enough to throw in a free dinner and a massage.

The riad is in a very convenient location and walkable to everywhere. The staffs are nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. WiFi worked well. However the hot water is not enough for two people to take shower. You have to wait at least half hour.

The place was amazing but Hotels.com messed up my reservation and I wasn't able to stay there. We arrived late as our flight was delayed and the guy at the front was wonderful and very helpful, but our booking was not there and we had to find another place to stay.
