Ella Blue Heaven

La chambre était très bien équipée, avec deux lits doubles et un très grand balcon qui a une jolie vue. Le petit déjeuner est servi par le personnel le matin sur le balcon. Le propriétaire avec qui j’étais en contact par WhatsApp était très professionnel

La pression de la douche était très, très faible et l’emplacement était difficile d’accès car très en hauteur de la ville avec des petits chemins pas du tout bien entretenus (ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais ça rend l’accès assez compliqué)

La vistas desde la terraza era súper bonitas. Tiene un excelente desayuno y el personal fue muy atento y amable

No tiene aire acondicionado pero tampoco hace mucha falta porque por la noche ni hace tanto calor.

Bad sehr spartanisch, aber ok. Raum sehr warm und ohne AC.

The view point of the hotel is absolute Divine. The sound of the kuda ravana pfalls in the morning when you wake up is beautiful. The silence in the evening is an experience for city people. The two boys taking care of the property is very helpful and always there to assist when needed. The breakfast was beautiful and simple. Perfect with the view. The boys helped us with tours at additional cost but it was worth it since no tuktuk will be fair to drive us up and down the broken roads to the hotel. The owner is very quick with responses via watsup and provides free tuktuk ride at Check in and check out. They were also kind to organise and pack our breakfast on the day of check out.

The bathroom has no ventilation. Started to stink after first day. There was two beds. One standing fan and one ceiling integrated fan with light built in. So the fan was sufficiently taking care of one bed but the other was we had to suffer as the light and fan worked simultaneously. It was very annoying as we had to cramp in one bed to get some air. Loads of bugs as expected but some net on the door would have taken care of the ventilation issue. No fresh towels or turndown service was recommended after the second night. Even the cups wasn’t changed. We had to wash it everyday. The food served on first day was ice cold. They didn’t have any method to heat it up. I did understand that the location is remote but there were multiple hotels in the vicinity. Hence having a microwave to serve hot meal is recommended and expected when you pay double the price compared with the town. The bedsheet had stains and mosquito nets had holes. No one is available at the property post sunset to attend you. You will have to contact the owner via watsup. No emergency light was available which should be since its remote and power cuts are common. Overall it’s a good for a day or two stay. Not recommended for family.
